I no longer consider McDonalds fast food. In store you wait for ages whilst they deal with their online orders delivered by their Uber riders.Shouldn't mix and match online and local attending customers with overall service. McDonald's is not the place of choice anymore because of this. A ridiculous service.

Popped in with my son, his partner and my grandkids for a quick burger, fast service as we used the app and ordered to the table, so much easier with little ones. They had Paddington’s bear toys and envelops with a big poster to colour in. Never felt rushed and the food was hot and delicious.

1 and a half hours late on order. Order wrong even though I only ordered 3 items. Wrangler up to complain but the lad y I spoke to was aggressive and put the phone down on me. Food was freezing and the delivery driver walked straight over my garden instead of using the path. Absolutely appalling from start to finish.

Took over 35 minutes to get through the drive in from start to finish. Not a please or thank you from a single solitary member of staff.Payment taken after order placed, not a please or thank you. Window open, window shut. Didn't put the card reader out more than a millimeter more than she had too. I could only just reach. 15 mins had passed already.At window 2 I was asked what my order was, staff member was flustered. Appeared the orders were all wrong. Guessing the people in front just drove of with whatever they were given. Our food I think. Ten more mins of waiting.After shouting and running back and forth we were given a drink and told to wait in parking bay 1 by staff member. No apologies for the delay. After 10 minutes I went inside.The place was in disarray. Food all over cooking areas. Bags on floor. People obviously agitated.A good manager would apologise to people waiting, manage her staff and crack on. Instead everyone was flapping, she was flapping. Cold miserable place.When I said I'd been there over half an hour already, said managers response was "we had to cook yours from scratch". No apology, no smile, just a miserable grumpy attitude. Not my fault they gave it to someone else.I went back to my car and waited. A few minutes later I was brought a bag. Again no apology for the delay just "there's your food". I shouted after staff member that the McFlurry was missing. A few minutes later it arrived. Again not a word of apology for delay. Grumpy rude staff.No customer service. No customer care. No serviettes. No receipt. I'd love to have been doing a mystery shop at this place. It would have failed miserably. Bag wasn't even wrapped tonkeep the heat in.I'm not a massive lover of McDonalds. Its always cold and just a bit meh and this just totally reminded not to go again.

The drive through is a pain here... it could do with being a lot bigger for the amount of trade.Car parking is usually a pain especially with the food delivery people- some tend to park badly, over more than one space, not in a space or in the click and collect bays when they aren't doing click and collect.(Fast food stores please consider specific bays for delivery drivers)Car park in general not big enough for the amount of trade.The food has always been ok.The atmosphere is manic inside too.I guess that McDonald's could easily make money with a bigger site in Hartlepool.Parking: Not enough spaces.Delivery drivers tend to have nowhere to park and they will park where they can.

Just at ordered at this disgrace they call a mcdonalds at 15:20 to only find out what I asked for wasn't provided, for starters I asked for no lettuce on my wife's bigmac because she's heavily allergic and I was absolutely shocked having found lettuce in her big mac but it was already too late as now she has swelled up like a balloon and now I'm having to rush her to a&e and spend money on fuel getting there. I find this experience absolutely disgusting and will be filing a complaint. And to top it off I didn't receive any chips with my wrap meal and didn't receive any what they call straws nowerdsys in me bag either so can't even feed my thirst for a somewhat refreshing beverage. If I was undercover boss I'd have this place shut down or sack the people responsible for this terrible service and behaviour they've cause me and my wife. I'll write back to see how she gets on at a&e. Thanks again.

Absolutely terrible waited 30 minutes I've waited longer before then there have forgot part of my order don't go in go in drive through its miles quicker check foods all there before driving

Over cooked fries , philly burger was terrible , no fillings just lathered with sauce, couldn't eat it cheese and chilli bites burnt

For me, it's the best McDonald's hands down. My hash brown could have been warmer,It's been a while since I've visited there with my partner, but yesterday we had a breakfast date before we both started work. It's perfectly positioned for us as we both work in Hartlepool.The lady on the tills was just as we'd remembered her. The restaurant was immaculate and clean. It was also welcoming and friendly, too. I think it helps to know the staff and the lady on the tills was looking after a young lad who had recently started there.The thing I've observed from a managerial perspective is how patient and supportive the lady on the till is with everyone. Anything she needs to say is delivered with a sense of humour, and that's great. It softens the blow, but the message still gets across. The person she gives feedback to will remember that in the correct way.I stayed a little longer as my partner started work earlier than me. I had enough points for a free hot drink, and the lady at the till helped me redeem them, so the drink tasted twice as nice! ?We'll definitely be back next week. It's my turn to pay for breakfast ?Vegetarian options: Caters for both vegetarian and vegan dietsDietary restrictions: Staff are on hand to help with any dietary requirementsParking: It's got ample parking with a drive thru and collection points clearly marked. There is a Mecca bingo on the same site, so even at busy times, it should cater for lots of vehicles.Kid-friendliness: The restaurant was very child friendly and decorated for Halloween. The display for the Happy Meals was the first thing you saw when you walked inWheelchair accessibility: Automatic doors and entry at street level. There's a very slight kerb to negotiate, but it’s barely noticeable.

Delivery driver said on door there’s a few items missing. why are mac donald’s seeing our food know there is 2 whole meals missing. the food were also not even wrapped up. discraseful.
