Friendly accommodating staff. Party night for our group so in smaller bar area, food nice, shame about the noise from other inconsiderate customers who talked loudly all the way through bingo! (they had electronic tablets). Struggled to hear numbers at times which was frustrating. Wish staff member would ask them to quieten down a little. Toilets clean.
What a wonderful night me and my friends had at last night bingo at Mecca Hartlepool the manager Mike was super helpful, we not been to this Mecca before and he help us all the way through our night by helping us with tickets and putting them in the right order, by helping to order food and drinks. He need to teach more people this way we felt at ease and smile all night well done Mike if I could have given you more starts I would.

Went here tonight with my wife, I’ve never been in a bingo club before, good fun everything was explained by the helpful staff. The food was OK for the price. I only drink white wine and they only had Chardonnay available, a Sauvignon Blanc Would be nice, it was on the menu but not available.
