Absolutely disgusting service when your order is £20 for delivery and the driver leaves you one drink no food and when driver is confronted he just laughs at you , so you phone the premises for them to do nothing no food no refund offered nothing

One of the members of staff spent the whole time we were there chatting up young ladies while his colleague was struggling with keeping the restaurant tables clean, when our order eventually arrived at our table it was it's usual lukewarm temperature ?, McDonald's have been bringing fast food into disrepute in County Durham for as long as I can remember, we were unable to use the designated disabled parking due to delivery drivers using them.It's actually a brand I would rather not use but unfortunately the grandchildren won't eat much else when we take them out.

I ordered 2 big macs and a wrap and was given NO CHIPS and a WATERED DOWN oasis for £24 im not happy. Im a regular customer and im ENRAGED!

Found a hair in my chips, and that was it went in the bin. It put me off from eating my food .Was a bad smell outside

Would give zero stars if possible.Absolutely disgraceful service from both MacDonald's in Aycliffe and their delivery provider Uber.More than once now have ordered from Aycliffe McD with money taken instantly however Uber driver either cancels or is on the other side of Darlington. Either way I either get stone cold food or I lose my money.No point McD blaming Uber as they select their delivery service provider hence bare responsibility.Highly recommend you go elsewhere for your meal as McD in Aycliffe do not care about you or the quality of their food or service. They only want your money.DISGRACEFUL!

It's OK. But they really need to create some better burger ideas. The simple stale cheese creations are terrible.Bring back the rib burger and the double bigmac!!!! ?

Not been to my local McDonald’s for a long time Coatham Mundeville near Newton aycliffe and now I remember why. Lad on the drive through needs to get his ears cleaned out. Multiple times asked for plain burger. Had to repeat this until he got that bit right. Went through drive through got the food and burger had loads of stuff on it. Clearly asked for plain. Receipt says plain so after spending ages asking for plain at the drive through, whoever prepares the order needs to go to specsavers as well as they clearly can’t read a simple order. Honestly avoid Newton aycliffe, Coatham Mundeville McDonald’s. Useless.

Waited over an hour for our food , got told by the STAFF that the Uber driver didn’t want to pick my order up I thought I was on the phone with a 12 year old , food was freezing , everything was cold , the water was warmer then the food

They make their own burgers up. None of the ingredients that should of been on the burger. Food is cold. First time and the last!

Be nice if you had the option to not have lunch menu at 11am. Breakfast menu should be all day like abroad.
It's a McDonalds, and a very busy/popular one on a Saturday night. We needed to recharge our batteries as well as our car, there were some "hyper" fast chargers nearby. By the time we'd eaten our car was full too.Parking: Loads of EV chargers at the Jet filling station next door.

I ordered a breakfast meal by table service this morning. The lady did not bring me a hash brown. I went to see her about it and she said the screen said I had not paid for a hash brown. I offered her to look at my digital receipt where it clearly said that I paid for a hash brown. She said no,come and look at the screen and I said I didn't have to. She walked away mumbling something and I didn't get my hash brown. Lost my regular custom now.

Used drive thru, ended up waiting a long time for a small order. Staff on collection window quite rude and eventual cheeseburger was really salty. Not the best Maccies ?

Called at the drive though for lunch. They only appeared to be taking orders from the right hand lane. Even though I'd shouted up twice. I gave up in the end and intended parking up to order my meal. But as I drove around the corner there were cars parked everywhere waiting for their orders, hence I drove past and went to KFC. Lunch at KFC was quick and delicious

It used to be great but has gone down the last few weeks. Poor food presentation and massive wait times. Waited 20 minutes for food today. Served an awful burger 2 days before.
