One twister ordered in the drive through. Wasn’t busy, took 30 minutes to bring it out. This is the second time this has happened at this location. It had to be the slowest and worst KFC I have ever been to. Never again.
This kfc really gone down hill in terms of service 30 min wait for 2 meals on numerous occasions. Got forgotten about through the drive through.I suspect its not got enough staff and can't cope with the demand for walk in drive through and uber eats etx.

Only 2 staff on that day apparently which I was not informed of at the drive thru until I’d paid and was asked to wait in the car park. 22 minutes later my food came out. To be fair to the young lady who came out, she was apologetic and explained they had a cover manager in that day.
