“Ordered medium rare sirloin steak, recieved a well done steak and certainly wasn't a sirloin cut either, but rest of the food and service was totally fine, need to understand cuts and cooking times if you want do steaks properly.”

Bar • “What a really lovely birthday meal tonight. Such beautiful surroundings. The gardens and grounds are gorgeous.
The meal was made special because of Leo our waiter, he attended to everything from serving our drinks, helping with the menu and being super efficient.
We sat in the Orangery which looks out on the grounds.
The food was excellent, well presented and piping hot. Recommend the Fish pie.
I can't believe we have never been to this gem before, will certainly be back.”
“Our first visit with our 8 year old Grandson who could not believe all the artifacts around the place. A warm welcome from the lovely bar maid, waitress, jack of all trades. The garage was both a great view for both Grandad & Grandson who are both Motorsport mad. Grandad a marshall & also rescue crew. Food was first class & great value. The atmosphere was friendly. The highlight was Luke sitting in an old Oil Drum as a chair. We will be back. Food 10/10 Atmosphere 10/10 Welcome 10/10”
