I visit regularly at least once a week.The staff are amazing always helpful especially the bakery staff, the snacks and take away food have really improved in recent months I highly recommend the spicy chicken tower burger with rostie is amazing, rumours of a refit with even a bigger choice of hot food to take away.Well done Certas, since they took over its improved massively.
I wouldn't normally review a service station, but what the heck... The staff were really down-to-earth, and conversational without being over-bearing at all. Got to love those northern lasses. Had a nice pie from the hot counter (it really is hot), and when we cracked open a cold one on the table outside, we were politely informed that they aren't licensed to have alcohol consumed on the premises (whoopsie), so we moved on. Wish they had a B and B.

Stop here most nights to fill up my wagon. Friendly staff. Unfortunately not all the pumps work because they've been damaged and not repaired. HGV pumps are a bit slow to fill. Free coffee if you put in over 100 litres.\\nSmall shop with hot /cold food. Nice bacon / sausage sandwiches from 5am. Also a clean toilet. Site could do with a refurb.
