Went to subway at 8pm weds 16th feb. Was greeted by 2 really helpful lads. Nothing was too much trouble even helped me with my indecisiveness. I had a bad day and actually walked out laughing. These 2 were fab and I will always stop here from now on cause a lot of other places I go to the staff are not friendly. These 2 employees are great examples of what good customer service looks like. I run customer service contact centres and these 2 would get a top mark from me ??
