Glass was dirty so had to ask for a new one it was better but still not brilliant.Don't really expect much from the food here but it was worse than I expected. Gravy was lumpy, mash had a quite thick skin on it and the steak and kidney pudding was stuck to the plate and the pastry was bordering on rubbery. Wife's Chicken burger was not a lot better, also a serious lack of condiments.The food had obviously spent time under a heat lamp before being brought out.Will be long time...read full review

Not to expensive. I use it to meet friends in Teesside. Pretty quiet, not overly loud service is usually decent and quick.Parking: Loads of spots, good thing about Billingham is free parking, lots of it, just not in Aldi. You will be charged there if you don't use their shop. It is usually easy to grab one as the town is quite quiet these days.Wheelchair accessibility: There's ramp access and large double doors.
