I have used this in the past. The food is OK though on the expensive side. However, I want to post this review in my recent experience. I visited the takeaway on the evening of 22nd November. There were 3 staff members, one young lady, and 2 men. There were no customers. I ordered a burger and fries, the total came to 8 pounds something and as they are card only I paid by chip and pin. Yesterday when I routinely checked my credit card account I was shocked to see that I have been charged £80.80! I phoned the place, a lady picked up and when I explained the issue she put the phone down. I rang again, this time she passed the phone to a man who said, 'Not us, thank you' and put the phone down. The third time I said do not put the phone down and put me to the manager, a man came on and said there is no manager. I explained the issue and he said they could not do anything as the manager is not there and they could not access the accounts, he said he was the driver. When asked where is the manager he said in London and they do not know when he will come as he lives there. They refused to help me in any way and did not offer to communicate my problem to the manager. In the end, I had no option but to hang up as it was like banging your head against a brick wall. So I do not know if the overcharge was an error but what is ridiculous is that this establishment is being run without a manager or responsible person by the most rude and unhelpful staff.

I wasn't aggressive but insisted on this, only for a small gentleman to threaten violence and have to be restrained by other staff members. Very, very disappointed.Parking: Very limited parking

Where do I start? I've frequented Lara Bellas for the past 25 years and never had any issues. I was waiting for my food order for over 30 minutes, at the very minimum. I couldn't wait any longer as my lift was waiting outside and customers after me had ordered and received their orders while I was still waiting. I asked for a refund, explaining I couldn't wait, to be told my order was "nearly ready", I insisted I wanted a refund. A "gentleman" from the back of the take away came to the counter and was extremely aggressive and escalated the situation. I would be careful using this take away and asking for a refund as you are likely to be dealt with in a volatile manner. The other staff had to restrain the small gentleman in question. I offered to shake the hand of the person who took the order, saying I didn't want to leave on a bad circumstance but to no avail. Very disappointed with their attitude – I will not be visiting them again.

On Saturday our caterer just ‘forgot’ to turn up for our wedding! 90 people to feed no food …Quick call to these guys and without a fuss or a blink of an eye 30 pizzas and 20 bags of fresh cooked food was zooming it’s way to us and boy was it a relief! Absolutely amazing and thank you for saving the day x

The staff was friendly and punctual, and the food came out quickly. The food itself was tasty and exactly what we ordered. There is no dine in, but there is an area to wait for your food to come out. We will definitely eat here again! Finding vegetarian options can be difficult when eating out but there is a wide selection here. It is nice to not have to eat the same dish every time I order food :)Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options, I have had the pizza and calzone options so far and they are delicious.Dietary restrictions: Options for a variety of dietary restrictions, and they have a menu on the counter listing common ones included in dishes.

Ordered on my way home. Arrived home (15 minute drive) and it wasn’t what we ordered. How hard can it be, hardly rocket science. You are taking orders for pizzas. Never again.
I used to absolutely love the pizzas from here, and recently they've been good, but not amazing, but in the past month or so, prices have gone up, which i could understand with cost of living crisis going on), but the quality of the food has been atrocious, i've ordered 3 times and it's been disgusting.

First time ordering in absolutely years since I moved. I ordered the cheesy chips and the bbq pizza and WOW. Top quality food. The pizza was loverly,well cooked,nice texture and tasty. The cheesy chips were also very nice with mixed cheese on top and bottom which was a nice touch also with the chip spice it complimented it nicely. It’s good to know that good takeaways still exist.Now as for ordering online I had a slight bit of trouble but I think it may be a new system. My order was left on pending for sometime and the money had come out my bank account so I had to ring the shop to check it had come through and there was a some confusion which defeated the object of ordering online. But neither less I had a overall good experience and the people in the shop were professional and polite and the food was here within 25 minutes nice and hot. I will be using this takeaway again. Total rating of pizza 8.9 and cheesy chips is a 8.8(Plus 1 side reviews)

Having not been here in a while, thought we’d give it a go. Sadly, we will not be returning any time soon. The Florentine pizza used to be covered in bolognese and full of flavour. What we received was very dry with hardly any sauce/cheese and the extra peppers we paid for could barely be seen. It was all very bland and tasteless. The chicken burger was clearly of the frozen variety and again, very bland. The chips too were bland and soggy by the time the reached us. The only reasonable thing was the pepperoni pizza.
