We order every friday, and this week was a joke. Our order turned up after 55 minutes, covered in coke. So the delivery driver (great guy) phoned and told them to re do the order, 1 hr and 25 mins later, the second order turned up. When I contacted the office about a refund or money off next weeks order, i was informed that no chance as it was not their fault. This did use to be the better of take aways in goole, however the past few times we have ordered things have been forgotten a d food dry and tasteless Or paid extra for cheese at the door after paying on line - to open our meal and find no chesse! Tonight will be the last time we use pizza hot.
