Absolute waste of time going there if you actually want something hot to eat, three days on a trott and next no hot food is available at dinner time. You would think the one time of the day where you would have hot options ready would be lunch time. Don't even get me started on what happens if you dare to say something to them. Every excuse under the sun, but it looks like like your just bone lazy

Very disappointing, ordered online direct from Greggs website 2 x sausage and omelette roll and 2 x bacon and omelette rolls for collect. Arrived and was told very abruptly that they do not know how we managed to order as Greggs no longer sell omelettes in rolls? Strange as on the advert board outside there was an image of a bacon and omelette roll as well as being present on their website? I was told that extra sausage and bacon had been placed in the baps instead, it would have been nice to have a choice instead of being charged the same price. Unfortunately when opening to eat it was evident that no extra items had been added? Disappointing on every level. Customer service training would definitely benefit the lady who served me. If you can not offer a product, try to make it right.

Unfortunately they had no eggs !! So many items in the breakfast menu were not available. The staff member obviously seemed a bit stressed about it.I am sure when their supplies are full it would be as good as other greggs

good service,great value and the food is good too.treat yourself to a hot sandwich and a coffee the odd morning ,it certainly makes the ride to work more bearable.a well run and friendly store

Amazing service from the ladies here today. Popped in for a festive bake while out Xmas shopping and as they weren’t ready, the missus carried on shopping and I was treated to a hot drink on them! Fab service!!
