Nice people, bar staff great, good entertainment on a Tuesdays and Sunday's, I enjoy going in for the bingo on a Tuesday and Thursday, great landlord and landlady.. Would definitely recommend.
Looks nice inside with a relaxed atmosphere. Drinks were inexpensive and the staff were friendly. Though they should check their music playlist during slower hours as it seems to play the same track every 2-3 songs.

As regards to the landlady having a bad attitude following a previous complaint the chap by the name of Paul has been barred from several establishments for numerous issues. Him and his wife are both rude and have no respect for anything or anyone so wouldn't take any notice of the comments In my experience of been at the Sutton Arms the management and staff are very professional ? ? ?
