Probably the worst mcdonalds experience I've ever had. Mcdonalds isn't great, it's not meant to be, it's fast and reasonably priced, but this place was terrible. Slow service, granted it was a Saturday but it wasn't rammed. Got my order wrong, ordered a plain double cheeseburger meal, was presented with a double cheeseburger that had a plain sticker slapped on like you'd expect, immediately I could smell the onion, unwrapped to find that someone has, probably, purposely trolled me. There was no toppings just as I'd ordered, but there was onions placed between the two beef patties and under the bottom pattie, this is not a mistake, someone went out of their way to put onion where they wouldn't usually be. I'm allergic to onion and can usually smell them and luckily i did this time. Needless to say I won't be going back to that particular restaurant.

12:30 - 10/03/24Got order wrong, only noticed when sat at work to eat it had to return back from work.Asked for a refund for inconvenience and a replacement meal, met with huge confrontation and arguments with both managers, they told me it was my fault as I should have checked!? eventually got refund and burger, no need for the whole embarrassing episode!

Food.... like in all McDonalds. Faaaar from pictures they have on website or on menu. But staff in this McDonalds much, much better then in others. Normaly you receive table service just in bag, dropped of on your table, with no any words and you need to call them back if you like some souce,etc.In this one, staff smyling, talking to you, asking is it everything OK or you need anything else (sugar, wipes,etc)? Also it is much cleaner. You feeling nice and welcome. Thanks guys.

McDonalds has the drive through thingy going. The wait time wasn't much at all. Food came in boxes and was quite nice. Although the prices seems to have gone up a bit. Cost of living crisis is that you. Anyway, it was my first McDonald's rodeo and it wasn't bad at all.

Ridiculous. Went at 7.55am no hot chocolate which is the only hot drink I drink then asked for ketchup for my hash brown. Run out again. Asked as I always do for a little white pot of self serve ketchup which normally they will do.. server asked the manager and was refused. I could have gone in and served myself but as a disabled person with mobility issues I always use the drive thru. Used this branch 4 times now and there is always an issue either wrong order, cold food items not available or a long wait. Certainly not fast food. Guess it is time to divert out of my way on a Sunday morning drive and go to one nearer to home.wpuld rate this branch -10 if I could. Never again would rather starve

Normally everything goes fast and efficient but I guess that was a busy period when we came but my big and tasty was cold as well as my 3ple cheeseburger ?. Therefore 3* for food experience. Other than that as usual it's MCDONALD'S so great for a quick snack unless you have to wait 35 min for cold sandwiches;) side salad had few leaves out of date.

It's your typical McDonald's restaurant, or so I thought! ??I asked for Mayonnaise when they asked what sauce I would like, I was looked at if I was talking Korean, they didn't know what it was and they don't serve it, a fellow customer explained it to me...I was and still am in shock ?.Still it's not a bad place to grab a bite to eat if you want something you know you will enjoy.The rapid EV chargers are on point too, although a numpty "McDonald's partner" was parked blocking one of the chargers whilst waiting to collect a delivery ?.It would be good if McDonald's found a way to police it a bit better.Vegetarian options: Mcplant and it's tasty ??Parking: A few places but there is only 2 for EVs with rapid charging.Kid-friendliness: Typical McDonald's restaurant setup for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access
