We ordered a mcdelivery on Tuesday we ordered 35 pounds worth n wat come was only a 10 pound order we was fuming spoke to the manager at cott Rd hull n my husband was a little bit rude to her which I told him off then we brought it back it was my daughters 11th birthday n I promised it for her n her friend it Wednesday the manager blamed uber at cott Rd but when we brought the food back and explained she was lovely n understood and another worker josh they got us our food what...read full review

Staff and managers are really nice and happy to help but unfortunately slightly incompetent. Have problems with the order (missing items, incorrect customisation) 9 times out of 10. Always apologetic and sort it out asap, just a pain having to check through the bags before leaving and waiting on replacements almost every time.

Usually busy which is of no fault of the staff, would advise not going in on a Saturday afternoon as will be waiting a while for your food. Drive thru can be hit and miss with how fast it can move but at least you can now use the entire car park for them bringing your food to you.
