Afternoon teas were a lovely treat for our small f group before we went to My son's wedding! Thank you.

Full English, was OK, nothing special. I was shocked how dirty the actual cafe is! The chairs were grimy and the mostly empty tables (it was the middle ofthe afternoon) were stacked high with dirty plates, cups and cutlery. It just looked run down. I won't be returning in a hurry!

Went with some work colleagues for lunch. Ordered the fish chips and mushy peas. The chips were over cooked, the fish so over cooked the batter was hard and it wouldn't cut with the knife, the peas were awful. The whole meal delivered was like warm. Staff not friendly at all and spent more time chatting with each other than customer care. Will never use again id rather support local small café.

First time visit at 9.15am Ordered 2 full English breakfasts which despite being fairly busy came out within 5 minutes of ordering. Apart from the hash browns everything else was warm, I’m a fast eater but even then by the time I was halfway down the beans were stone cold. If it had all been piping hot I reckon it would have been excellent as it was nicely cooked and not greasy. Coffee was nice but the tea was dreadful. Dirty teapots & awful uht milk.

The was average and the cutlery was grubby when challenged on it they claimed it because of the local hardwater and the staff were grumpy and un welcoming

Ordered at Hull store Holderness road 1 tea good quality and price I coffee , not the best but OK 1 prawn mayonnaise sandwich, prawns OK, bread OK but the mayonnaise was disgusting 1 toasted brie sandwich, poor quality and uneatable 2 pecan fudge buns, they were dry and tasted if they were days old Summary Would not visit a morrisons cafe ever again unless their quality improves The staff and service was excellent

Went 4th nov after been swimming with my 3 year old daughter, at around 3pm. went to order and they had no meals they supposed to do as there menu states. if they close at 6, why have they not got anything left at 3pm. there part of a supermarket. we left and went somewhere else, they lost out on money been spent there. it goes on about dine in and what did you get, and how much did you spend. you had nothing, so how are we going to eat thereParking: there was lotsKid-friendliness: kids love itWheelchair accessibility: easy access for wheelchairs

Waited 25 mins for a toasted teacake and a sausage sandwich. Coffee was cold. Cups and teaspoons were dirty. But food was OK when we got it but had to have a carryout as we had an appointment.

There where no forks available so asked a member of staff. She said they will put some through the machine. Our food came an so asked the lady again for forks. Waited another 5 mins so started to eat with just a knife! That was fun with beans!! We managed to eat most our food with said knife. Finished our meal with no forks and no apology or acknowledgement that we struggled to eat! All staff looked stressed and shouting across the restaurant about having to close down serving hot food for some reason.
Absolutely horrible food .... Absolutely poor service .... do not eat there

Dirty stained cups, cutlery not too clean either! No tomatoes for the full English breakfast( you are in a supermarket, there should be a policy where you can buy instore if you run out), although we were given an extra hash brown instead but it’s not the same at all! The rest of the breakfast was very nice but it does make you worry about the standards in the kitchen considering the state of the cups and cutlery. Not sure if we will return.
