Absolutely Fantastic Fish and Chips. Allowed me a taster of the Sage & Onion pasty what a revelation Amazing customer service. Special on today Fish & Chips for £5.00 . Really generous portions too.
Just visited Pollards Place this tea time , its the second time i have been,ordered fish chips mushy peas and curry sauce, same order as before, Must say its the best fish shop in our area , was well recieved even the dog had the fish skin..Haddock was lovely. Will be back.x

I would say this is the best chippy in Hull! Fish is beautifully cooked and fresh! I love the taste of the chips. £7.90 for large fish and chips and £5.90 for small. I would say that is cheap! The peas and gravy are also yummy. I haven't tried the curry yet. Staff are pleasant, and the service is good. I've only eaten here twice, gutted. I've only just discovered this chippy that's on my doorstep ? I will most definitely visit again!
