Pre ordered at 16:00 for 18:00 delivery and arrived at 21:00. 2 phonecalls in between to be told at 19:30 it was bagged up ready to go. Another call at 20:30 to be told it had just left and they were short on drivers, with the staff member hanging up before any chance to cancel order was able to be made and being told to 'Be patient'. Food arrived lukewarm with several items missing. Engaged or rang out every time we have called since however due to a 3 hour delay do not expect these to be delivered in a timely manner anyway. Food quality was sub par, could tell it had been sat around prepared for some time before being delivered and quite tasteless. Have now raised a dispute on uber eats for refund. Have noticed Food quality was not great last time we ordered but thought it was a bad night however will now not be ordering from here again.

Extremely poor ? meals are clearly prepared beforehand and microwaved. Used to be good but no more. Shut down for hygiene a few years back. I won t be back. I can cook better.

What a disappointing bhuna and the garlic nan was sad also. Tried something different from whitham tandoori and what a mistake that was. This was the saddest Indian I've ever experienced chicken was like it was out of a can and no flavour at all in the dish. So disappointed

Did an order on just sat for collection, had a text to say order was ready went inside where the atmosphere wasn't very pleasant, delivery drivers arguing with management over leaving times. A delivery driver came in from outside sat down not washing hands or sanitising them . He was asked to get my 3 poppadoms and put them in a bag, at this point my stomach started to turn. So unprofessional arguing in front of customers. On getting home , onion Baji like concrete, wasn't very appetising at all .. and hence to say the poppadoms went in the bin , been up all night with a dodgy stomach and feeling sick ... ABSOLUTELY NEVER GO HERE AGAIN !! the staff didn't look clean at all in fact they all need a good bath !

Placed order over the phone and went in to collect,we ordered two kingprawn masalas,2 pilue rice and two garlic nan bread, was ready on time, and were given 3 free poppadoms. When we dished the dishes out, the masala was like water, and I had to tip my plate to let the water run to the edge of my plate,it was awful my husbands was exactly the same. Will not visit again or recommend this takeaway.

Ordered online for a meal deal. Came over 1.45 hours later… arrived hardly warm! Pickle tray was missing. Garlic Nan, hardly tasted of garlic. Watery sauces, with very little meat.. Sadly not a great experience ordering from this takeaway!

3 hours to deliver! They took the phone off the hook because they couldn't deal with orders! Food bland and over salted! Biryani was like a packet rice! Had to put it in the microwave when it finally arrived! Disgusting!

Ordered 2 of the £10.95 5 course meal deals. Couple of starters, couple of mains, poppadom & dips for two, portion of rice each & a couple of desserts. Only when I went to pay did they inform me that the price had gone up by £1 per person, which wasn’t a major issue but when I returned home with the meal it was minus the 2 desserts. When I contacted them to point it out I was then told that they now don’t give desserts out. So a £10.95 5 course deal which is on the menu becomes an £11.95 4 course deal. All they had to say was well if you had ordered online you would see the menu has changed. I’d probably have forgiven all of this had the meal been amazing… however it was small portions, not hot & generally poor. Such a shame as really wanted it to be good.

Ordered a take away this evening and the currys was not sealed properly all over the bag absolutely disgusted by this. Clearly it wasn't sealed in the shop properly. And the driver could see that it was leaking all over the bag when he passed it to me. But did absolutely nothingThe food after eating was ok but not as nice as it was the last time we ordered from there and was quite cold.

Just ordered have you changed your chef because the food tonight was disgusting the chicken tough as old boots had a weird taste beef curry no taste was rank garlic naan yeah right no garlic best thing was the chips the rest is in the bin £25 down the pan and the way its made us feel I have a feeling it won't long before the rest goes down the bog won't be ordering from you again
