Food never arrived, and was forced to pay service and delivery for non existent food. I'm tired and left hungry.The phone number is apparently inactive making contacting the venue impossible, this is irritating

While an order arrived it wasn't what I had requested due to dietary requirements, two phone calls were made in hope of contacting the subway shop without much luck as no one picked up. I had to order again!Dietary restrictions: Gluten, lactose, wheat allergy.

They made two tuna sandwiches for other customers then without cleaning the knife cross contaminated my chicken ticks sandwich by cutting with the same knife I could see the tuna wiped off into my sandwich disgusting threw straight in the bin
Initially messed my uber eats order up so gave them 1 star in app, however while I was complaining over the phone the female staff member stayed calm and apologised. My missing order turned up shortly afterwards despite being told it wouldn't. Only fair I leave some stars here ?

The lady who served me was very arrogant as I had no face mask. It not one rule for one and one rule for another the most vulnerable should be the ones who have to wear them if their so bothered by it alcohol causes more hospital admissions then covid but they didn't stop alcohol sales to lower the burden on the NHS won't be using this places again out of pure principal people are all on a power trip and they need to just live and let live. I don't tell people to stop using deodorant because their polluting my air
