On a business trip in the area and ordered through just eat to my hotel. When I placed and paid for my order, a staff member called up to say they were out of the meatless meatballs and talked me through what else they could rustle me up. First time ordering from this particular branch of Subway. Used Uber (another first for me). First of all I found the £5+ Service charge a bit steep + Delivery fee £1.49, but for the convenience I was happy to pay. Took a while getting everyone's orders in on the website, but happy days. Food arrived well within the estimated delivery slot and the delivery driver was lovely. The food was well presented and still slightly warm (the toasted sandwiches anyway). Initially messed my uber eats order up so gave them 1 star in app, however while I was complaining over the phone the female staff member stayed calm and apologised. My missing order turned up shortly afterwards despite being told it wouldn't. Only fair I leave some stars here ?
