Went for lunch and everyone in the group got the roast. The wait for food was incredibly long and once it finally arrived it was cold. We told our waitress and she didn’t even apologise, just looked at us weird and said they’ll bring us new food. Had to wait for the food again and we were getting dirty looks from the entire waitstaff. Felt incredibly unwanted there the entire time. Absolutely disappointed

Helpful friendly staff & delicious food at a reasonable price. Spacious and child friendly. The orange sorbet that comes with the orange torte was exceptionally good. Glad we booked it despite seeing a few negative reviews - will definitely go back again.Parking: Lots of parking spots.Kid-friendliness: Waitress was really friendly and chatty with our young daughter. There's a playground just next to the restaurant which looked excellent but we were only there for dinner so didn't try it out.

Was worried about staying at this resort after reading bad reviews Upon on arrival staff were pleasant and helpful Lodge was really nice inside large kitchen and lounge area Bedrooms were nice and furnished couldn’t fault it Hot tub was ready and hot upon arrival and was nice and relaxing Would recommend this resort to anyone

As bad as I remember. Disinterested staff, bland beige food, non existent service, no obvious management. Winner of the venue with the most potential and the least quality for the 10th consecutive year. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Darwin Dundonald pls try harder. When your staff are outside having a snowball fight instead of clearing plates, there’s probably an issue.

Staying at the resort we decided to eat here twice. Both meals delicious and good value. Very pleasant setting and comfortable environment. We ate on ‘Steak Night’ and the quality of the food was great with a nice bottle of wine. Loved the chocolate torte with orange sorbet, highly recommended. Must note the friendliness of the restaurant team. Lovely people who looked after us beautifully. Thank you.

We stayed at the resort and booked in for a meal. The resteraunt is modern and spacious with lovely views over the golf course and further wolds. The food was excellent and service to match. We were not disappointed and would love to come back another time.

Lovely cafe but portions (individually too big). I ordered a wrap & chips cost £10.50. Should be £7.50 for 1/2 wrap and chips. Spend on lunch including drink should be around a tenner. Cost £14 incl drink but too expensive. Will stick to normal haunts unless options revised. I eat a lot & with groups of friends! Sorry but you need to raise your competitiveness!!!Breakfast deals similar but hide better quality & ambience. To get the business, offer unlimited tea refills!

Met girl friends for lunch and catch up, staff, especially the young lady that looked after us, excellent, place was comfortable, lunch menu could offer a few more meals instead of snacks but all served well.

I booked a table for lunch about two weeks before attending with my elderly parents, as a mother's day treat. After a 45 minute drive, we arrived to be told that most of the kitchen facilities were out of action due to work being done. This meant that only sandwiches, ciabattas, and chips were available. This was not what we wanted to eat so had to leave and find somewhere else to eat. I feel that the kp club could/should have contacted me prior to my arrival to inform me of their limitations, so that I could have saved a journey

Me and my boyfriend dined in at the Glasshouse Restaurant on Valentine’s Day & had such a lovely experience. A live singer and a great Valentine’s menu. The customer service was great, and the waiters was very accommodating. The food was so yummy and steak cooked to perfection. Had a great meal & lovely time. Highly recommend. Restaurant is super clean and gorgeous views.
