I can't speculate on the rooms as we only stopped in for something to eat. The food was amazing, all served with a smile! (It's hard to find these days) We even took a cake home for later. Will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful lunch at The Ramblers Rest today, easily the best sandwich I have ever had. Salmon fillet, smoked salmon, prawns and egg all in a granary roll. Complemented by salad ,crisps and a sweet chilli dip. Amazing. The staff are friendly and welcoming . We will definitely return.

Would have liked to stay at the end of day 3 YWW but couldn't book online and no answer to phone. It is off the track but that would have been OK if staying overnight. The cafe is excellent though. Great homemade cakes, quality coffee and tea.Would recommend.
