Great customer service especially in this branch as a GM I notice when the staff deserve credit \\u0026 this Costa is really decent .. staff looked after my daughter with her hot choc too \\u0026 made her day thanks
We came here to meet family and hand over presents. What stood out most was the slick service of the team of 4. Everything looked organised and roles seemed interchangeable/fluid depending on the needs of the time.Although it was busy the atmosphere was good and tables were kept tidy.This was an excellent example of teamwork.

The 2 male operatives (we used it around 2.15 on 1.1.24)are most professional and efficient.I also bought Costa card as well as coffee,older man(dark,handsome,bearded)explained use really well Younger man was cleaning tables between rushes. Well done those lads. n
