Ben and his team were awesome — he gave me good intel about the hill to the station (so I could figure out timings), and I’ve never seen a hotdog cooked so quickly, let alone be so tasty!! Can never recommend the Five Guys beef hotdogs enough, but the team were so helpful, and I managed to catch my train too ? thanks so much guys!!
My visit included one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a fast food restaurant. I placed my order through my phone as there was quite a large queue at the till and I didn’t really want to speak to anyone at that point. Once I had ordered I realised that the queue was due to a large group of what looked like exchange students who were all ordering separately crowding the small till area. Jake B (and others working) gave us amazing customer service. Food came quickly and correctly despite the add ons we’d made to it. Place is clean and nice looking. Staff are friendly and helpful. Will be back soon!
