Wow I just had a weeks vacation in Brighton from oxford and all I can say is I loved visiting this branch of hotel chocolat so much as I love the products and teas they serve but more importantly the staff here were so amazing and welcoming and friendly especially the short curly haired young lady in the shop she was really very friendly and had a great personality and sense of humour. I had a laugh with her and said the staff at the Brighton store are much much better and friendlier...read full review

Absolutely loved the classic chocolate milkshake. The flavour was very rich. The chocolate cream was too sweet. If you’re someone who doesn’t like milkshakes very sweet, take it without the chocolate cream. It was pretty heavy but delicious. You can also try their soft serve ice cream. It had a unique test. ??
