It's just basically full of Deliveroo riders, who seem to get priority over those standing there waiting. It may just be how their ordering system works, but ½ hr wait for a poxy burger!Wheelchair accessibility: Level access and automatic door, very busy most of the time
Quite shocking how slow the service is here...never seen so many staff do very little. The place was packed yet one person packing and serving food...if white shirts are managers then she was in the chips section boxing up the chips and appeared to have zero management skills and too busy talking to all the staff rather than getting the service moving....maybe that's the plan to hide from managing/supervising...really quite poor. Staff seemed mostly polite and chearful they could have been cleaner looking though, definitely not smart like other mcds we've been in.. premises were cleaner this time,but still not good enough for a food outlet, but anything would be an improvement from last time we was there,coz it was absolutely disgusting then.it is a busy mcds so I'm guessing it takes quite a lot of hard work to keep it all under control.. I still like a mcds though.
