“Beautiful evening in a great location,the perfect place for steak and wine. Starter :scallops,beautiful. Maincourse:rib eye,cooked medium,tender,melting in the mouth. Wine:started with Albarino,for my starter,followed by nice Italian Valpolicella . Everything was so good. And…yes…service …very friendly Timi ,thank you. Very good knowledge of wine and advice from Hardy. All in one,outside very nice area where you can smoke,if you wish. Everyone very nice and kind. Thank you and see you again. Adi”

“Why have I only just discovered this place!! As an ex coach driver I thought I knew the best places to eat, obviously not, the food is well cooked, tasty, and plenty of it, I had steak and kidney pie, it came with roast and new potatoes, green beans, carrots and peas, and it was lovely, I struggled but managed to eat it all, the staff were grate friendly, efficient very attentive, I will definitely go in here again”

“This was a treat with our visit to see my daughter and family. Very friendly staff and a very nice restaurant. Fish & Chips for 3 of us and ribs for 4th. Two grand daughters opted for sausage & chips (their meal also included a drink and dessert). Adults also opted for desserts and all-in-all the food was very nice indeed. Portion size was adequate although not large. Price, including drinks was, however, a little surprising but not in a nice way. Would return although I would say the prices were a little!!!!! on the high side.”

“We ordered 2 fish and chips large and 2 60+ Fish and chips set. The 60+ was a set menu, reasonable size with tea / coffee plus bread pudding / ice cream.Anyway, waitress were so friendly and talkative and the portion were pretty good size and fresh, acceptable price.”

“Incredibly polite and helpful staff , clean environment and a pleasant atmosphere. Went in around 1130 for a quick bite to eat with my daughter and we only needed to wait about 10 minutes for our food.”

“When we arrived the staff were friendly but then when we asked to move tables they seemed a bit annoyed. The food was tasty but was slightly cold. The atmosphere was quirky and everything was cleanKid-friendliness: One staff member was very friendly with a child next to us which was excelled customer service”

She's attentive, kind, friendly and happy to help with any requests. The food is good, restaurant is clean but Sam makes the experience special every week. She's an amazing asset to the team!
