We were warmly welcomed and had a quiet table as requested. Fish sharing platter was just delicious. artichoke starter on sour dough bread was fine felt the bread just too hard to cut into , would have preferred a salad rather than bread. Only spotted the outside garden when I logged into Tripadvisor and saw the pictures will visit that area on another sunny day. It's great to find somewhere with good quality food and fabulous service. Great wine list too.
We were greeted as we walked in and asked where we would like to sit. It was our first visit and we didn’t realise how lovely the downstairs garden was but we will try this on another occasion.

I come down to Eastbourne to see my parents and we usually end up here and It's easy to see why; the staff are super friendly and the food delicious. The fish 'n' fizz on Friday is awesome!
