So disgusted. I preordered my food as I was working late and it arrives and hour before the time I selected. When I called I was told I must have made a mistake and that I wad wrong. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Never ever using this restaurant again.

We were recommended to try this restaurant and even though Hailsham would not be the first place you would think to go for dinner, we are glad we did.The food here is really good, the onion bhaji’s were big, light & not greasy and full of flavour.We decided to have their specials for main including the king prawn & roast lamb, these dishes really did shine the king prawns really were king prawns and everything was well flavoured and delicious.This is not just your average Indian restaurant, it is tastefully decorated, the service was really good and the special dishes really wouldn’t be out of place in a restaurant in Brighton.Overall we would highly recommend trying this restaurant.

Superb. Service is very friendly and attentive. Food is exceptional. Menu now includes VAT which means they read and act upon their reviews. We had a wonderful anniversary meal and look forward to our next visit. The only minor is that the carpets need replacing or a steam clean to remove some staining.

On Thursday 14th December I had arranged a group meal for my cycling club. From the moment we arrived it was great, the food, the service and the price. The staff gave us just the right amount of attention and we all left very happy.

I would like to say that this was the worst place I ever went in the UK.Their approach towards customers was really awful.No standard and no respect.I would never recommend this place ever.They just made us regret for choosing this place by their words.

We had a bad experience from there. We called and confirmed the timing and we reached the restaurant before 10pm. The guy who took order and served us was not looking happy all the time. Finally when we finished our meals, he came to us and told that we did something wrong that we went the place at that time, they have families and they want to go home early so we need to think about them before going there. We should go early ( where the timing of restaurant is until 11pm). We told that we called and confirmed before coming. Then he said, that is their rule, but we have to think about their families. I really don't understand the logic that the opening time is until 11:00 and we can't go at 9:50?. Then why do they open that. .After having the food when we listen something like this is not good. We regret that we went to such a place where customers are treated like this.

Amazing service and food. Clientele leave something to be desired but that can't be helped. As an Asian food 100% but at 7-9pm on a Friday felt like the poor staff were working in the 80s! People in Hailsham are very odd. Will come here again
yet again fabulous service, very clean relaxing environment. The food is excellent it feels as though the food has been freshly cooked and the chef is in the kitchen just for you. Well done to you all. Ray
