We were camping at Bushywood scout camp site with 21 youngsters and 7 adults after day at Knockhatch had 28 meals delivered. Fantastic meals all the kids said food was great. All very hot when we got them. Lady who delivered was very good and helpful. Will use again when we come back.
We have been buying from John's for at least 8 years, but its not quite as good as it once was. Two specials ordered for take away - Fish was very dry with more batter than fish and the chips were just lots of small bits and pieces. Its now very expensive, £18.60 for two specials and a jumbo savaloy. Going to try somewhere else next time.

Just ordered a takeaway for three from John's and we're really impressed. From ordering online to delivery was less than twenty minutes. We had medium cod and regular chips, also spring rolls with halloumi bites chips with curry sauce, they were all delicious and piping hot with generous servings. The batter on the fish was lovely and crunchy, the best I've had in a long while. Will definitely be using John's Fish and chips again. ???
