Food gave me bad tummy. Told we weren’t allowed more than 2 glasses of wine cos we had children, which I find discriminatory. Staff were unfriendly and making it very clear we were the topic of conversation. Chef was very confrontational, refunds did not go through. Been a customer for a long time and never had problems. The staff on that day clearly had a bee Their on bonnet or were being observed by health and safety as their behaviour towards us was unprofessional and out of the ordinary. Very disappointed with customer services. Staff tried to be intimidating, didn’t work but they tried. Very disappointing: won’t be returning again. Still waiting for my refund…

Good atmosphere, with plenty of seating places. This is good for small groups, as well as larger groups. They have the sports channels, for the fans also.There is a good variety of food selection, as well as drinks, with free coffee refills.I quite like it and recommend it.Parking: Just behind the pub, close to the Police Station there is a good car park with plenty of parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: This is a family friendly pub.Wheelchair accessibility: Through the front door, it is possible to enter with a wheel chair.

I went here with a client and a work colleague for lunch. Although it was very busy we found a table.We chose our food and ordered at the bar expecting to white a fair while for our food ,but we didn't within 15 minutes all three meals were brought to the table at the same time.The staff here are brilliant the atmosphere was good It was quite loud but you must expect that when the restaurant is full and I have no complaints about that.This was my first visit here. Actually, it was my first visit to a witherspoons. I was definitely impressed. The food is so reasonably priced, and the service was brilliant , I will definitely go here again.Wheelchair accessibility: Use the side door for wheelchair access it is much better than the front door.
