We particularly booked this hotel for accessibility needs. Doing a tour to see other local hotels, disabled access was awful, or lacked the quality of what other guests would be experiencing. Bannatynes Hastings provided a high class bedroom with a “luxury” wet room. This made you feel like a first class guest not like a last thought. Accessing the restaurant, bar and gardens was also easy..
had a really enjoyable afternoon tea. in a beautiful environment. the fruit scones were especially nice. also the brownies... the gardens are so pretty just near where we sat. we had a walk after eating. the staff were very good too and attentive.

All round great accommodation , food and staff service.First time I have visited in summer and the gardens were a beautiful setting for a relaxing drink after a session in the gym.Will definitely be back in the future.
