“I come here at least 4 times a week as I work close by. The food quality is fresh simple and delicious. The staff and owner are some of the loveliest people in brighton and the garden area is absolutely perfect to enjoy your food or coffee when you want to eat outside. Can't recommend enough”

Coffee Shops • “I went and picked up my drinks and was asked if I wanted whipped cream on top. I casually said it was my friends birthday so why not. The staff picked up on that and mad the drinks extra special. They really went out of their way.
The store itself is a bit tired and needs some TLC from head office”

“Calumn at the George Street branch was amazing today. I had issues with transferring my costa points from my reward card onto the Costa App. All previous requests to other staff in Hove \\u0026 Brighton i found unable or unwilling to help. I emailed Costa Customer service twice but no response. Calumn checked with his manager \\u0026 had it sorted in 5 mins Nothing too much trouble for him.”
Coffee Shops • “Had a great time this week using Starbucks as a temporary office! The place is kept really clean and tidy making it easy to focus on work. Big shout out to Andy and Sam who will make you feel at home right away with their welcoming nature and friendliness. Andy in particular is happy to explain the menu to anybody who isn't a regular, making ordering a whole lot less pressurising. Both work hard to make sure orders are complete in a timely manor with tables and floors all clean and tidy :)”

“Went for coffee, service was a bit slow considering there were 3 ladies behind the counter. Caramel espresso tasted a bit off ao didnt end up drinking it.”

“Of all OK the chain coffee shop shops I think Nero is the best. However a number of their shops are in need of a refurbishment.”
