I’ve been to this Costa Coffee before in Hove and the seating area looks a lot smaller than the Brighton branches however during the weekdays it’s good to grab a quick bite especially if you’re on your break during your work shift even if it gets quieter than the weekends.\\n\\nOverall I would rate this branch 5 stars and a solid 8 out of 10. ??????
I have been here more times and was very happy about coming again, even for just a coffee by myself; the staff was always friendly, tried to satisfy the customers and upsell their product. More recently I have noticed there is new staff and their customer service level is dropping, which is a shame. I sincerely hope this is only temporary, and with time, the new staff will also provide great customer service, as I would like to give them a 5* classification. Calumn at the George Street branch was amazing today. I had issues with transferring my costa points from my reward card onto the Costa App. All previous requests to other staff in Hove \\u0026 Brighton i found unable or unwilling to help. I emailed Costa Customer service twice but no response. Calumn checked with his manager \\u0026 had it sorted in 5 mins Nothing too much trouble for him.
