We just went here for my son’s birthday with a group of his friends. The staff were amazing. Made a real fuss of him bringing him cake, catered for all needs including nut allergies. Has a real American dinner/ice cream parlour feel. Definitely will be coming back. Thanks team Creams Cafe

I visited creams Brighton. The food there was delicious. I had a waffle and a sundae, it was the best sundae I have had. The service was excellent. The staff was very sweet and helpful as they helped me choose my sundae.I recommend everyone to come here

Ordered an oreo Sunday. Nothing like the description or the picture. A massive chunk of frozen whipped cream. Not even ice-cream as described. Frozen whipped cream with a tiny amount of syrup on top. £9. Insulting.

I went with my son for two hot chocolates. The lady’s working was friendly and told us to take a seat and they will bring them to our table. I needed to use the toilet so while my son waited for the drinks I went to the toilet. There was two but I was only given the code for one of them. Just as I got there a man walked out and straight past me. He had done a number 2 in the toilet and it smelt pretty bad so I asked for the code for the other toilet to be told the other one was broken. I was desperate to pee so I held my breath and was as quick as I could be. I came out and went to look for a table with my son. We walked up a few steps where there was a row of tables and seats. All the tables had a thick layer of dust on them like they hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. One of the seats had a very badly pice of fake leather glued over what must have been a hole and it wasn’t even the right colour of PVC or stuck down properly it looked like it would slide of any minute so we walked past then the last table not only had a thick layer of dust on it. It also had bird feathers on it. God knows how long it had been there because the feather also had a layer of dust on top. We then see a few tables down stairs that didn’t have a layer of dust on so we decided to sit there. Although the table wasn’t clean and had ring marks on from previous customers at least there was no dust. The lady brought our hot chocolates over but they was hardly hot chocolates they tasted more like warmed up milk then at the bottom of the cup was lots of chocolate just stuck. We looked around while we was drinking and that’s when we noticed pigeons flying around above our heads. The staff noticed we was looking and shouted we are trying to catch it. I didn’t see them attempting to catch it all the time we was in there and from looking at the feather on the table it looked like it had been there for some time. I also noticed the floor looked liked it hadn’t been mopped for weeks and was filthy with tissues and rubbish all over the place and a Henry hoover just sitting in the corner. As we walked out I noticed how dirty the entrance was and took a photo. If I had noticed that at first I would never have entered. I was so glad I didn’t order food there and I’m sure I would have got sick if I had. It may sound like I could be exaggerating but I’m really not. It was truly awful and should be shut down. I’ve never seen a food place as dirty as this ever and this is the first review I have ever left before but it was so bad I have to warn other people not to eat there incase they get sick.

First time I've visited a Creams venue. We arrived Valentine's night at 21.25 after going somewhere else as the website said they were open until 23.00. We were hoping to sit down for an ice cream. There were 4 people behind the counter and about 3 couples of customers (i.e. More than a server per couple). We were 2nd in the queue. We were told that it was takeaway only and waffles would be ages. OK we only wanted a 2 scoop ice cream cone and a three scooo ice cream tub which seemed simple enough. In any normal place it might have taken a few minutes to create. Then the Deliveroo guys turn up. We see all these orders going out ahead of us. Finally after 20 minutes we get asked to confirm our flavours for our order again whilst the guy makes it. I couldn't believe it took so long to serve some ice cream. It tasted very nice but definitely took the fun out of the end of the evening and I won't be going back. Companies need to get their Deliveroo orders and in-store experience balanced better with the organisation of staff.

Right so honestly I don’t know how this place has a 5 on hygiene- Went here with my mum just for fun since it was one of the only places open on a sunday evening. Seemed normal enough as we were ordering, except for some of the deserts being a little weird sounding. Ordered a plant-based desert (cookie dough base, chocolate sorbet and strawberry sauce). The pictures on the menu seemed to look like quite a lot, accompanied by quite high calories so what I was expecting was something quite large, but when they brought the food it was basically just 3 small cookies DRENCHED in sauce and the sorbet was in a small container on the side. It was just so astonishingly bad, for it being about £10. But never mind that, once we’d got to the bottom of the ice cream pot there was a small amount of pink coloured ice cream/sorbet that we didn’t order in it, like? how do they have a 5 on hygiene? Anyways, it was funny, had a laugh about the place possibly being a front for money laundering lmao

Very very bad tasting, stale and hard red velvet cake. Please stop selling cakes if you are not good at it. Wasted £6 for an overpriced so called cake and ended a day with bad mood at this cafe!

Went there for first time. The guy who was taking order had no clue what we were ordering, his mind was miles away. He messed up our order and even charged extra. Thanks to the back of house team specially the Indian gent who managed to resolve the issue. Hopefully management will take a look into this matter.
