Another Costa under our belts. Great friendly atmosphere from staff. Very similar layout to the one in Hampden Park near Eastbourne, just not as much food options. Drive thru aswell, good to know if just passing through.

I don't like Costa coffee too much normally. However, this place was pretty good. Despite being by a shopping centre car park it was nice sitting outside in the sun. The huge coffee was tasty and just what I needed at the time. The cake was nice too.

Delighted with the coffee strength and hot chocolate. Bacon rolls were very tasty ,hot and quick to be prepared. Very helpful, friendly staff. If you are over there shopping, Costa is a highly recommended, comfortable, coffee stop.Parking: Parking at the front limited to 2hr...plenty of spaces covering all requirements.Kid-friendliness: Well behaved children are welcome everywhereWheelchair accessibility: All good wheelchair accessibility

Great location, super friendly staff who deliver the usual, high quality latte and the quintessential sausage sandwiches with brown sauce! How can life be better??? Simply said, it can't! ?Parking: Free parking for up to 2 hours maximum. This is a controlled parking lot.Monitored by ANPR cameras operated by a private parking firm, who will not hesitate to issue you with a parking fine of £100 should you exceed the 2-hour limit! I know because we got caught out overstaying by a measly 13 minutes!Genuine customers of Costa, we say and ate our delicious sausage sandwiches and drank our sublime lattes, before popping over to the brand new and incredible M&S Food Hall, where we lost track of time experiencing the new range of foods and sundries on offer. Just like a regular supermarket, but a bit more posh! LolWheelchair accessibility: Fully accessible for wheelchair and electric scooter users.Plenty of marked disabled spaces near to the main entrance also, with accessible shopping trollies too.

Got to be careful of the shady car park scam here, they’ll be on you like a Doberman after nuts if you overstay, staff at costa have even taken to warning people as they come in for coffee

This is not a complaint about the staff who work here they are all lovely. However, DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT TO WORK!!!! This used to be one of my favourite spots to get coffee on the way to and from school with me coming in most days for the past 3 months. One day I decided to do some work after school and only parked for an hour and 15 minutes while there were plenty of spaces in the parking lot only to be met with an extortionate parking charge of 100£ when my stay was less than 90 mins!! Honestly I’m disgusted by this company for how they treat incredibly loyal customers and safe to say will never be returning!Parking: Plenty of spaces but will charge you crazy amounts anyway if you decide you want to work in a coffee shop!! Do not park here if you can avoid it!!!!! Do not park here if you want to study or work!!!!!!!!

Lovely coffee and snacks, great service, friendly staff. Have to now be aware of time constraints on parking at Costa, Maresfield. Remember only 1hr parking or use ipad at Costa counter to extend time for another hr.

PARKING FINE!!. Went there for supposedly relaxing coffee on a Sunday. Received a £100 parking fine - reduced to £60 on a Sunday!!!! in an industrial estate. It seems a bit excessive. Maybe its my ADHD or male blindness, but I cannot recall any parking meters /signs outside. I wont go back in a hurry. I would have swallowed/accepted it @ £35 with no fuss.

OK, service. Standard Costa. Toasty and panini were fine. We managed to get discounted toasty and panini due to an end of day reduction, which made it a greater value for money.
