Went in to get lunch today, was met with a nice lad on the till which i didn’t catch his name, he was taking my order completely fine as you would normally, then we moved over to wait and we were waiting a few minutes longer than normal but then the manager rudely spoken to him infront of everyone asking him why we were still waiting and then he replied and she very rudely mocked him.10/10 service for the lad with black curly hairHowever the manager needs to know her audience
Got served my normal coffee with 2 sugars had a sip and my god the tip of my tongue was burnt no warning at all the young man then had a sip and told me it was luke warm at best. So I believed him then burnt myself again will be back next week ?
