I have excellent service usually but just rang through an order and was spoken to/shouted at very rudely by the lady on the other end of the phone. I hung up and placed my order elsewhere. They're obviously so popular they can afford to lose trade and treat customers with contempt....well this former customer won't be back in a hurry.

Stopped here while backpacking. The woman who served me was lovely, and honestly the food was great. I grabbed the fish & chips and it was well cooked and very filling.
The disappointment comes from the cleanliness. The tables were all dirty, with sauces, vinegar, and food on the table tops and some of the seats. And as I was the only patron in the shop the entire time i was there, i cant justify it by assuming they were too busy. I actually had to go up and grab some tissues to clean the table myself! Ended up with spilt vinegar on my clothes, hands, and jacket. Thankfully the food was very good and the women were polite and kind
