Booked last minute on the way to camber. Literally plugged ‘pubs camber’ into google maps and this seemed to have good reviews. So we called and booked a table. It was great! Lovely staff. Lovely pub food. Great atmosphere. Glad we booked as even on a Wednesday afternoon it was busy. Would return.
Friendly pub with welcoming bar staff. Fog friendly as long as they are kept on leads.Food tasty and prepared quickly, great way to begin or finish a walk. We had two very tasty burgers with chips, a glass of wine and a pint for approx £38.

We sat outside on a cold but sunny day so I can't say much about the atmosphere inside but there were lots of people inside and there was a very nice fire. We chose a sharing platter and a couple of extra sides for 7 of us (including one child) and it was a perfect option for lunch for everyone to pick at. Lots of dogs around both inside and out and the beer was well kept too.
