Order came stone cold, wasn't going to resend untill partner complained. Then resent the food. A kebab only had onion no cabbage. Clearly don't care about the service. Phoned back to get nothing but an apology. After years of ordering.... shame on them. Not ordering again.

Order turned up after an hour and 5 minutes. Cold and soggy. Rang to complain and was told it could not be possible as the driver had come straight to us. Will never order from here again.

I called them and they said they I was calling them so many times and I’m was very shocked and they took my order I payed for delivery there were being a bit rude saying make a mistake they won’t accept my order never come here!

Ordered a large chicken shish kebab, i asked for the pitta separately when it arrived I had no pitta and the chicken was cold and thr salad was very greasy. When I called they didn't seem bothered no apology nothing. I will never be using them

Very cheap service and the food is expensiveThey just straight away charge for extra large without asking your choice that's fine but you will get almost half salad and less than half meat. I want take away but the women at the till didn't asked me eating in or take away they just give the food by hand without a bag and without tissuesHighly not recommend

As an avid Kebab enjoyer, and someone who’s tried pretty much every Kebab house in Hastings, Batman Grill is probably my favourite. Food is always so fresh and hot. Their chilli + garlic sauce together is to die for, but even on their own they tasted so good. The lamb doner is award-winning (it actually is), it’s beautiful. And the owner and staff are always extremely kind.
