We checked out other restaurants in the area and chose The Welcome because of the great reviews and it was near to where we were staying. We weren’t disappointed in the slightest. The minted lamb burger was totally awesome and the chunky chips were some of the finest I’ve ever had. The husband had the pork belly and he was in 7th heaven. Fantastic meal and freindly service.A Saturday evening meal with my wife and two young children. All of us loved the food and really nice atmosphere to take the family for a great quality meal. Very highly recommend.

Excellent community pub. A great selection or drinks, high quality food and a the staff are always very welcoming. There is a beautiful garden out the back and parking on site. Disability friendly. I host all my charity events here.
