During a visit to Bodiam Castle we stopped for a lunch in the café. It was quite busy, but since there was enough seating, we managed to find a nice spot. The dishes on offer are similar to all NT cafes. The service was friendly and the dishes ordered were tasty and freshly prepared.There is a large parking lot. Use is free for NT members.

The car park was very full when we arrived, but the staff managing the car park were doing a good job of keeping things moving. Only the cafe by the entrance was open, but this was fine. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. Bodiam is a lovely castle, with lovely views to look at from the top. Be warned though the spiral staircases are pretty steep!
