“Fall out of Basildon Bud Station and Greggs is down closest towards the Eastgate entrance.Always full of happy to help and smiling staff, food is always hot in the mornings especially for the early birds like myself, they even let you know if a product has been there a little while(Which to me does not matter as in and out of the store) very helpful with vegan and vegetarian offers, small range but it’s still there.Always happy to go here now that I have a working app! 5/5!”

“Amazing service from the staff today, I didn’t catch her name but she was very polite and patient and helped me figure out how to use the app. She even brought over mine and my friends drinks when we went to find a seat. Pizza and hot chocolate was 10/10 as always. :)”

“This morning I ordered 2 breakfast deals (which includes 2 coffee's & baguettes) I used just eat.When it arrived there was a coffee missing so instead of contacting just eat (had issues with them in the past) we called Greggs themselves.Now instead of them saying "there's nothing we can do contact just eat blabla" the manager personally replaced the drinks and gave us a complimentary treat.Very happy with the service ???”
