Amazing staff here...they all go above and beyond..always happy..so friendly and chatty.... also happy to answer calls when asking if sons fave cake available even when busy.. even helped locate my phone once when I lost it in my car... Best Greggs in Basildon !

This morning I ordered 2 breakfast deals (which includes 2 coffee's & baguettes) I used just eat.When it arrived there was a coffee missing so instead of contacting just eat (had issues with them in the past) we called Greggs themselves.Now instead of them saying "there's nothing we can do contact just eat blabla" the manager personally replaced the drinks and gave us a complimentary treat.Very happy with the service ???
