Went for Sunday lunch for my brothers birthday. It's my brothers local but my first time there. What a lovely surprise, food excellent, service was first class and delivered with a smile and the atmosphere was cosy and friendly and even nicer was there were no children to spoil it.

Went last minute for my birthday lunch. I had the Steak pudding. Thoroughly enjoyed the fresh cooked food and great service. Chef also made a point to meet and advise us on our pudding. Will be back.

Lovely genuine old school pub, Some excellent drinks available when we were there, really good friendly vibe. We have consistently had top class food every time we have dined at the C&H, and if you're looking for a bar snack decently give the sausage rolls a go. Plenty of seating including an outside beer garden, Loo's are spotless and modern. Already looking forward to our next visit to this pub.
