I stopped here for lunch... an all day breakfast... yes please! It was lovely and as I didn't have the kids with me I decided to pair it with chocolate Milkshake (no sharing issues this time!) Food was good, quite a lot of beans in the cup, but I liked it - and being presented in the cup was a bit different! Only improvement I would suggest is an extra slice of toast with the larger breakfast as the one slice wasn't quite enough! Service was OK and the atmosphere OK as well - I guess if it had been warmer I might have sat outside and admired the garden... perhaps next time...!

I removed my previous review as I reviewed on my expectations rather than the food on the menu. Have been with a friend this morning for an English breakfast and wasn’t disappointed. The food I had was delicious and plentiful. The young lady serving was as always very pleasant and our food was piping hot. Absolutely delicious and when I’m in Braintree this will be the place I go to. Thank you for another great experience.

Great little spot hidden away from the centre of town.Perfect for parents with children as the park is next door.Lovely service too from the Saturday team ?There is one hour parking on the road out front or pay and display in town a short walk away.

Considering there were only four customers in the cafe it took a long while to get served, also as it was our first time we was not given any serviettes or sugar and we had to go and get it ourselves. The lady in there could have been happier as it seemed like she didn't want to be there.

Lovely little gem, just on the left as you enter the park, through the main gates.Staff were so friendly and helpful. According to my friend the brownie was to die for.We took our own travel mugs and they were happy to refill them for us.They had loads of ice creams to chose from and do other light bites too.
