First time in the area im from london and oh my god can food really be this good. Pizzas are really tasty and fluffy the cheaky jokes from the young owner made my day so very kind and caring. His recommendations for the house made chilie and garlic sources were 10/10.

Honestly the best kebeb shop ive been too in a long time tried out every kebab shop in braintree but nothing can compete with these guys. Especially the service very kind and respectful always banter and a smile on all member of staffs faces. Much Love Mr Kebab.

Speaking from experience. Most definatly the best kebab house in braintree. The food quality is next to none meat is beautiful. Really well cooked and tastes amazing. Always piping hot. All the staff are great all friendly and happy to see you. Don't go anywhere else. A****

This used to be the best kebab in Braintree, but in the last 18 months has deteriorated massively.My last three food orders have been delivered late, weren’t particularly hot, and were overcooked and dry.Prices have gone up, service quality has gone down, and I will now be looking elsewhere to purchase my takeaway kebabs.Two years ago I’d have recommended this place to everyone, now I’d advise against using it, which I find a shame as it’s been so good for so many years (I’ve used it for more than ten years)When contacting the shop by phone I’m told it’s manic, but that is no excuse for poor quality, if you can’t deliver as you promise, don’t make the promise, keep peoples expectations real, and provide the service and quality you would expect if you were the customer.

I rarely post comments , however I need to highly recommend Mr Kebabs We love our weekly takeaway, the food is excellent along with great customer service.Parking: Free Parking is available outside the shop.Kid-friendliness: The staff engage with children, it's both friendly and inviting for both kids and adult kids at heart.

best place for a quick bite to eat ordered 4 meals came nice and piping hot the guy on the phone very friendly even sent a bottle of drink on the house . will definetly be useing again

Don't spend your money here! Ordered just 2 meals. Given an approx delivery time. Arrived early so obviously not busy. Half the order was wrong. Rang and complained. Told they would send the order again. Arrived quickly again. Driver wanted paying again. Stood at the door arguing with us while trying to phone the incapable boss. All the while the food was getting cold. Driver could see without doubt we were getting annoyed so gave us the food. Half the order wrong again!!!! What level if intelligence do you need to get 2 meals right!!!!! Needless to say we will never use this abysmal place ever again!!!!!!!!

Ordered takeaway, everything is swimming in grease, bags full of grease and water from upside down salad, portions are tiny, tried calling for ages phone is constantly engaged so gave up, will never order from here again!

Absolutely terrible. This was the second pizza they had sent after we complained that it wasn’t a a deep pan and it was freezing cold. We had waited for a hour and a half For the first delivery then after it was stone cold they said it would arrive within 1/2 hour. An hour later it arrived again as cold as….. absolutely horrendous company. Never I would risk ordering from there again.they offered a credit note but I think we’ll give that a miss. In other words they couldn’t give their food away
