My friend and I could not find anywhere in the town centre for lunch and came across The Glass House by accident so decided to pop in. We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable seating and privacy as we sat left of the door. Staff are polite and attentative. Food was freshly made, very reasonably priced and tasted fantastic!! Professional service, clean and tidy. Friendly service, lovely little tea room that will cater to most needs, just ask. Will be returning. ☕️ ( lemon drizzle cake was delicious)
Had lunch here today. Simple menu that meets all your needs for lunch and many choices of sandwich and fillings. I chose a tuna melt toastie which came with a small, simple salad, coleslaw and crisps. The usual choice of white or wholemeal bread. You could also have panini or ordinary sandwiches.
