Great breakfast! Sausage and egg muffin stack with chipotle sauce is delicious. I've tried all the other fast food neighbours and Timmy H's is by far the best tasting and value.

I visited Tim Hortons in Braintree for the first time on a Saturday at 2 PM, and it was relatively quiet. I ordered 4 doughnuts and a cappuccino. The doughnuts were alright, but not worth the £3.29 price tag each. Unfortunately, the cappuccino I received lacked the chocolate topping. Moreover, the price seemed steep for a medium-sized drink at £3.55. Will I come back? Probably not. However, my daughters might return, but we'll likely be occasional customers. The service was satisfactory, and the decor was decent, but nothing exceptional.

Got too gd to go order.... was not even any ov that... tub hot chocolate powder and was made to do a gd Google review.... for staff to take picture ov it before got given my order, while other male staff member stood there behind counter scratching his long beard...... why are beard masks not being worn??? Glad was given no food as that was enough to put me off.

The food was good here and the service was ok. It was quiet which was good as well. However the toilets were absolutely disgusting and it appeared that they had not been cleaned in a while. They are individual toilets so for males and females to use. One had urine all over the seat as though someone had not bothered to lift it to urinate! Very disappointing out of the three toilets I went in to I had to use the one that was the least disgusting! Such a shame as it really lets this place down. It is not the first time I have used these toilets and the same issues each time. There needs to be regular toilet checks by staff not just a sign up to notify them if they are dirty!

I am almost certain that all of the 5 star reviews must be FAKE ! Tim Hortons was the biggest disappointment of my entire life. The burgers were dry with stale buns, they looked nothing like their image on the menu and everything is massively overpriced. Think of a mcdonalds with a slightly thicker burger and no flavour.
