It was very quiet when we visited, late in the evening. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was ok, but not special. Clean toilets. Huge car parkWe used TH regularly for breakfast in Canada and they were great, so maybe we we went at the wrong time.
Very clean, excellent food. Friendly staff. My son loves the grilled cheese and lattice fries. Always seems not very busy which is a shame. Very underrated. Best hot chocolate around

Disappointed with the coffee tbh. Watery and no flavour for the "signiture blend". Reasonable fast service. Nice design and comfy seating. Not mad on going back based on the coffee for me.
