very rude customer service after ordering dinner for 5 including kids meal, kids drink was missingPhoned them to let them know the girl on the line telling me to look for the drink in the box which I told her there is no drink that's why I'm phoningThen she said I'm sorry what I can do is send you extra drink next time you order with us I said but my kids need the drink now she replied I don't have a driver right now I can refund you 30p for the drinkI said no you don't understand she replied back No you don't understand I'm trying to tell you I don't have a driverI hang up as I Don't really deal with this kind of rudenessI like the food but I'll never order from them anymore

I have been to the Rayleigh brand lots of times and the food there is fabulous, but I was in the Brentwood area and I thought I would stop by. The chips were nice by normal standards, but weren't as good as the brilliant standards of the Rayleigh shop. In my opinion Rayleigh offers the best in the country, alongside another favourite of mine in Hoddesdon, and I was hoping that Brentwood would be another great alternative. While the chips are tasty and nice, they aren't as crispy and fluffy as at Rayleigh.

The fish and chips are always excellent when I've had a takeaway from here. Fish cooked usually to order and portion is generous. Chips I will usually end up sharing on a large, as again, it's usually generous. Currently only taking cash at the counter.
